Orange Quantum Systems
as team lead in the
Product Development
division.
- My main focus is to professionalize the team, creating processes the help reduce mistakes, rework, and downtime.

My team is also in charge of operating the "MAX" system that will be hosted locally
- Setting up new facilities for the lab and other R&D activities
- While the role is a bit ambiguous (responsibilities and boundaries not properly set), I am convinced I can bring change and acceleration to the organization, which is struggling with the common pitfalls of a growing company (lack of communication, ownership, and dwindling ambitions)

- I keep engaging with scipreneurs to see how to help them.
- I think about Self Driving Laboratory , and Business Models for SDL
- Think about accelerating technolgy transfer through innovative tech transfer business models
